Each case is delivered flat-packed with all the assembly tools, printed instructions, and 12 screw fittings needed for construction. The front, back, and side panels attach using the screw fittings, with the lid panel slotting in place on top. The completed box is then placed over the model, sitting securely on the base. The base is also available with a choice of black or white acrylic.

The base has space to fit 32x32 studs.
