Everyone has heard of LEGO Insiders, but do you all know what it is? It's not a secret club that only certain people can join, it's free and it's available to everyone - even kids can join LEGO Insiders!

LEGO Insiders is a loyalty programme that offers many exciting rewards. Originally known as the LEGO VIP program, it changed its name to LEGO Insiders on the 21st of August 2023. Every time you purchase at an official LEGO store (in-store or online), you will be awarded points. On occasion, there are double points events, which can be useful if you are making a large purchase. Points mean prizes, and these are some of the fantastic rewards that can be claimed:

• LEGO Sets
• Collectables
• Art Prints
• Tickets and Days Out

It is also possible to exchange your points for money off future purchases:

• 650 points = $5 discount
• 2,600 points = $20 discount
• 6,500 points = $50 discount
• 13,000 points = $100 discount

The points will only expire if your LEGO Insiders account is inactive for 18 months. Anytime you use your account, either to earn points or redeem them, the counter resets. If you are reaching the 18-month time period, LEGO will send an email to the address linked to the account just to remind you about it.
