It's been an exciting few days for LEGO fans with the reveal of two new sets from the LEGO Ideas and LEGO Technic range.

LEGO Technic 42156 Peugeot 9X8 24H Le Mans Hybrid Hypercar

The new LEGO technic model was unveiled at Portugal's FIA World Touring Championship race, showcasing an epic racing innovation set constructed from 1,775 bricks and Technic elements. This distinctly ultramodern racecar comes across as a true vehicle of the future, with a sleek construction, silver decals and large, glow-in-the-dark headlamps.

This buildable 1:10 scale brick racing car celebrates 100 years of racing at the famous Le Mans racetrack, where the Peugeot 9X8 24H is preparing to debut in the World Endurance Championship LMH class.

LEGO Tales of the Space Age 21340

This intriguing set was the brainchild of LEGO Ideas designer Jan Woźnica, whose wonderfully imagined Ideas entry was eventually chosen for production by LEGO.

The Tales of the Space Age allows collectors to construct out-of-this-world brick 3D postcard-style art pieces, all inspired by classic vintage-style sci-fi films, books and posters. We love how beautiful the extra-terrestrial sunsets look in each scene and how the four separate sets manage to tell a whole story with only a few bricks.

We're very excited about the showcase potential for displaying the vignettes and will be looking into what wall-mounted display options would suit this stellar set.
